Terms of Service

Preference Labs provides structured world data, portal workflows, APIs, connector instructions, and related infrastructure for agent teams. You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any product-specific limits or documentation we provide.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, sessions, API keys, and credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or credentials.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is compromised, violates these Terms, creates risk for the service, or is used in a way that may harm other users or third parties.

If you authenticate through Google or another identity provider, your use of that provider remains subject to its own terms and policies.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, scrape or overload systems, reverse engineer non-public components, or use Preference Labs to violate law or third-party rights.

You may not use the service to build or operate harmful systems, distribute malware, conduct unauthorized surveillance, engage in fraud, or make decisions that require a licensed professional without appropriate human oversight.

API responses, connector output, logs, and world data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them, especially for financial, legal, safety, operational, or other high-impact decisions.

You must comply with third-party terms that apply to data, APIs, models, markets, exchanges, or services you access through Preference Labs.

Paid features, usage credits, rates, limits, and billing mechanics may be described in the portal or in a separate order, invoice, or agreement. You authorize us and our payment processors to process payments for charges you incur.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Preference Labs and its licensors retain all rights in the website, portal, software, infrastructure, documentation, branding, and related materials. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Preference Labs intellectual property.

You retain rights to content you submit to the service. You grant Preference Labs the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and operate the service.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preference Labs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free output.

Preference Labs is not a broker, investment adviser, legal adviser, or financial adviser. Information from the service is not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preference Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or trading losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preference Labs' aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Preference Labs for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as appropriate. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
